Attorney Justin Rundle was born and raised in Miami, Florida to a lineage of legal DNA. His grandfather was the Honorable Judge Carlos Benito Fernandez; the first Cuban judge in the United States. His father is a trial attorney with a law firm in Vermont, and his mother is the Miami-Dade State Attorney, Katherine Fernandez-Rundle.
Mr. Rundle is a triple cum laude graduate from MAST Academy, the University of Florida, and the University of Miami School of Law. As a law student, Mr. Rundle received the Marco A. Vasquez Scholarship for excellence in Litigation Skills. This prestigious award is given to one student every year who exhibits superior performance in a field of over 100 highly-skilled competitors.
Mr. Rundle is a published author for the Anti-Defamation League, an organization founded to protect civil rights. He was trained in oral argument as a Board Member and competition finalist in the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. At the University of Miami School of Law, he served as President of the Mass Torts and Complex Litigation Society, and as a Research Assistant to Professor Charlton Copeland.
